INSURANCE The AAA administers a variety of cases that involve insurance-related issues and claims. This section of the site covers insurance claims dispute resolution services for programs that are not mandated by any state or other governmental body. Please visit the State-Mandated programs section for information on these other services. EFFECTIVE JUNE 1, 2010: The AAA will retain a portion of the administrative filing fee if a party files a demand for arbitration that is incomplete or otherwise does not meet the filing requirements contained in the Rules, and if the deficiency cannot be corrected in a reasonable period of time. Please review the fee schedule in the current rules for additional details. |
