FILING FORMS Once you are ready to file your case with the AAA, you will need to complete the appropriate forms. Submitting the correct filing form is important. To do this, determine the type of case (commercial, labor, construction, international, etc.), whether your contract includes an arbitration provision, and the type of dispute resolution method desired. If your contract clause provides for arbitration, select the "Demand for Arbitration" forms to file your case. If there is no arbitration agreement or the AAA is not named as the dispute resolution service provider, you will need to obtain the other parties' consent to arbitrate through the AAA and then use the "Submission to Dispute Resolution" forms to begin the resolution process. Mail or fax your completed forms to the Case Management Center that administers cases for your state or area. Forms are organized by type of dispute resolution method and type of case. | |||||||||||||||||
