DISASTER RECOVERY CLAIMS RESOLUTION SERVICES

LARGE COMMERCIAL CLAIMS

For commercial enterprises affected by natural and other disasters with a disputed insurance claim in excess of $75,000, requests for dispute resolution may be submitted directly to the AAA. If you (claimant) have not yet contacted your insurance provider (respondent) regarding your dispute, and would like to have the AAA contact them regarding your disputed claim, you may submit a claimant-only request for dispute resolution. If, however, you have already been in contact with your insurance provider, and both parties have agreed to file the claim with the American Arbitration Association, you may submit a claimant and respondent request for dispute resolution.
