CONSUMER ARBITRATION STATISTICS The American Arbitration Association ("AAA"), pursuant to California Code of Civil Procedure Section 1281.96., provides its users with information concerning consumer arbitration and mediations administered by the AAA. This information has been compiled into a report containing all such cases from July 1, 2005 through June 30, 2010. Although the Association has compiled this document based on information supplied by parties, it has not reviewed, investigated, or evaluated the accuracy or completeness of the information received. The Association makes no representations on the accuracy or completeness of the information supplied by the parties. In addition, the AAA has compiled an analysis of consumer arbitrations based on 2007 caseload data. | |||||||||
