Recent Projects
Our work
Court Diversion Eligibility Screener
In partnership with the Lancaster County Court of Common Pleas and the National Center for State Courts, the AAA developed a case management platform with AI features to streamline a credit card debt case diversion program. Built to ease administration for court staff, this tool enhances efficiency, speeds up case resolution, and improves access to justice.
ODR Innovation Clinic
In collaboration with Suffolk Law School, we’re piloting online dispute resolution (ODR) tools for low-conflict divorce cases, aiming to ease court workloads and improve the experience of families navigating separation.
Future Dispute Resolution Events
We convene forward thinkers and innovators at events worldwide to explore how AI can drive change in ADR.
AI Transformation Course for Law Firms
In collaboration with Creative Lawyers, we released a comprehensive course designed to guide law firms through generative AI strategy and adoption.
Consumer Fee Waivers
To ensure our fees are never a barrier to justice, the AAA reduces or waives fees for eligible consumers in arbitration. This program helps level the playing field with efficient, fair, and affordable dispute resolution.
Minnesota No-fault Arbitration Panel
Designed with geographic equity in mind, this AAA-administered panel allows Minnesotans—urban and rural alike—to resolve auto claims fairly and efficiently through a well-structured, transparent arbitrator selection process.
