The American Arbitration Association® (AAA®) welcomed 47 new professionals to its Commercial Panel between January and July 2026, expanding its roster of experienced neutrals with a broad range of legal, business, and industry backgrounds. The addition of these panelists provides parties with greater access to neutrals who understand the legal and practical issues that can shape commercial disputes.

The AAA Commercial Panel includes experienced attorneys, practitioners, former judges, and industry professionals with knowledge across a wide range of business sectors. Panelists bring experience addressing matters involving contracts, financial services, technology, corporate issues, and other complex commercial disputes. This breadth of experience allows the panel to serve parties in matters ranging from small business to large, complex corporate disputes.

The addition of these professionals reflects the AAA’s ongoing commitment to maintaining a Commercial panel with broad subject-matter and industry knowledge. How AAA Panelists Are Selected
AAA panelists are selected through a rigorous review process that considers professional accomplishments, subject-matter expertise, and dispute resolution experience, among other qualifications. The AAA continually evaluates and strengthens its panelist selection to ensure that parties have access to neutral decision-makers with experience appropriate to the matters before them. AAA panelists are independent neutrals and not employees of the AAA.
