Panelists are regularly evaluated based on performance and feedback from parties. If concerns about ethical or other conduct arise, the AAA launches internal reviews. 

We take all allegations regarding an arbitrator’s or mediator’s impartiality or other ethical issues seriously and investigate them in accordance with our ethics standards. 

The AAA provides financial transparency and ethical handling of all cases:

Parties will be provided with information about the rates established by each panelist during the selection or appointment process.
