New offering strengthens trust in source documents amid rising concerns over AI-generated forgeries
NEW YORK (September 25, 2025)—The American Arbitration Association® (AAA), the global leader in alternative dispute resolution (ADR), today announced it has partnered with Integra Ledger, a pioneer in blockchain-based document authentication. Together, the organizations are offering a secure, blockchain-powered document registration and authentication service designed to uphold the integrity of source documents in an era of increasing AI-driven manipulation and forgery.
The new service aims to make trustworthy, tamper-proof documentation tools widely accessible and enables individuals and organizations worldwide to register and authenticate documents without compromising document privacy.
“This partnership comes at a critical moment,” said Bridget McCormack, president and CEO of the AAA. “As AI becomes more advanced, it’s essential to preserve trust in the documents that support our legal and commercial systems. Our partnership with Integra Ledger gives parties a way to confirm the authenticity and integrity of their documents, today and in the future. By expanding access to this technology, we’re democratizing the tools needed to preserve the integrity of critical information in the age of AI.”
Using Integra Ledger’s blockchain technology, users can quickly generate tamper-proof, time- and date-stamped digital proofs while maintaining full privacy and control of the original documents. The system is built for simplicity and security, allowing single or bulk document registration and authentication within minutes through a secure online platform, without storing any document contents. Additional documents can be added at any time. Users can also register documents proactively throughout a contract’s lifecycle to preserve record integrity for future disputes. As the proof is permanent and independent of any software, contracts can be shared, transferred, or saved without affecting the blockchain-based record.
“Trust in documents is the bedrock of modern society, yet AI’s ability to manipulate or generate convincing forgeries threatens that foundation,” said David Fisher, CEO of Integra Ledger. “Partnering with the AAA, an organization with nearly a century of leadership in dispute resolution, allows us to bring our blockchain-based document trust technology to the global community. Working with the AAA, we’re pleased to make this service available to all who can benefit from it, empowering individuals and organizations with the ability secure trust in their documents for the long term.”
To facilitate industry-wide adoption and fortify trust in the global contract ecosystem, the AAA and Integra Ledger invite all individuals and organizations to utilize this service to register and authenticate a case or collection of up to 100 documents at no charge. Thereafter, the service is offered on a subscription basis, starting with a free tier for occasional use and scaling up to enterprise plans that directly integrate with existing software to register and authenticate millions of contracts and related documents.
This initiative reflects the AAA’s ongoing commitment to leverage the latest technology in support of security, fairness, transparency, and efficiency in dispute resolution.
