By accessing and/or using this Portal, You and other users and visitors (together with You, the "Visitors"), including parties to arbitrations and arbitrators, are deemed to have agreed to these Terms of Use and any additional terms that govern certain Online Services that may be made available to You by or on behalf of AAA, which terms will be presented in conjunction with such Online Services (collectively the “Additional Terms”). Any Additional Terms and our Privacy Policy are hereby incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference. If there is a conflict between these Terms of Use and any Additional Terms relating to Your use of the Online Services provided pursuant to such Additional Terms, the Additional Terms shall govern. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, then please do not attempt to access or use the Portal or any Online Services.

Your access to some Online Services may be subject to certain membership and/or registration requirements in AAA's discretion. The Online Services include an Internet-based alternative dispute resolution system through which You may have Your arbitration or mediation proceedings conducted online, as administered by AAA via AAA WebFile® ("WebFile").

Your use of WebFile is subject to AAA's acceptance of Your online registration and Your agreement to these Terms of Use and the applicable AAA rules and dispute resolution procedures (including but not limited to the Supplementary Procedures for On-Line Arbitration, collectively, the "AAA Rules"), which are incorporated herein by reference.
